The Better Business Burea recommends a ratio of 65/35
At Wishes.inc we believe that….
- 65/35 is NOT-ACCEPTABLE
- Donors want to understand how their donations are being used
- If donors could instantly help the causes they care about, understand the impact they donations created while receiving cashback and a tax acknowledgement with every donation every donor would be there.
Wishes.inc and parent organiztion The Founder Sass Society Inc spent 2.5 pioneering transparency to help US charities and causes doing the great work required for change and operate no a ratio of 97/3.

From the IRS website: In most cases, the amount of charitable cash contributions taxpayers can deduct on Schedule A, as an itemized deduction is limited to a percentage (usually 60 percent) of the taxpayer’s adjusted gross income (AGI).
Qualified contributions are not subject to this limitation. Individuals may deduct qualified contributions of up to 100 percent of their adjusted gross income.
A corporation may deduct qualified contributions of up to 25 percent of its taxable income. Contributions that exceed that amount can carry over to the next tax year.
